Non faulty & faulty returns, gift returns and general return questions
I need to return something that I purchased in a store – if you purchase one of our products from one of our retail partners you need to return your item directly to the store it was purchased.
Can I return something I bought online to a store – if you purchased our products from one of our retail partners online you must consult their website for details. If you purchased directly from Max Benjamin online you must return it online as our stockists can’t accept returns from our online store. Please see below for details on how to do this.
Can I return something I purchased online – we understand that from time to time you may change your mind and that’s ok so here’s what to do:
- Return your purchase to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Return it to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused) to the following postal address: Max Benjamin Online Returns, Unit 9, Block 3, Bromley Business Park, Kilpeddar, Co. Wicklow A63 W7W1; please do include your order number with the returned items.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item – we are so sorry that you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com
How do I know you have received my returned item? We will notify you once we have received your item and let you know when your refund will be processed.
How long will it take to get my refund/exchange – We will always try our best to process this for you as quickly as we can. We aim to have your refund / exchange completed within 14 working days. If you have not received your refund within 14 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens to my refund if my card has been lost or stolen – we can still refund this card, we must refund back onto the card the item was purchased with.
