Do you include an invoice in my order? We know how much you love to buy Max Benjamin to gift so we do not include any payment or billing information within your order so if you are sending your order as a gift, the recipient will not be able to see this!
Can I order over the phone? We can process orders over the phone if you are having difficult purchasing online but we would ask that you try to place your order online where possible. That being said if you are having problems please do get in touch through the contact section and we will be more than happy to help.
There is an error in my order details – If you notice an error in your confirmation email please fill in the form below with details ensuring to quote your order reference number and one of our team will look into it for you.
I have not received my order confirmation email – Please first check your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find it please fill out the form below with details and one of our team will look into it for you. Please include the name used on the order.
I want to cancel my order – If you need to cancel your order please fill out the form below with details and one of our team will look into it for you. Our warehouse team work at a super speed to get our orders out so it may not be possible to stop your order being shipped.
I want to amend my order – Our warehouse team work at a super speed to get orders out quickly so please fill out the form below with details as soon s possible and one of our team will look into it for you. Please note during promotion periods this may not be possible due to the large volume of orders being processed.
I have received a faulty item what do I do? We are so sorry to hear this and we will do everything to make this right as soon as possible. Please fill out the form below with details and one of our team will rectify this for you.
I am missing items in my order – sometimes our courier company may send orders in two parts please check your dispatch email and if you don’t see the missing item on this please get in touch by filling out the form below with as much detail as possible to help us resolve this for you.
